Business software company Salesforce.com commissioned etv to produce a range of video content to sit on their in-house corporate television channel. This content is designed to help the user understand Salesforce's complex software structure. The programmes we created ranged from instructions on how to build a platform to handy hints, tips and shortcuts to the system. After the success of these shows, the videos were also uploaded to Salesforce's external YouTube channel.

The Salesforce project was completed in a number of phases. etv began with recording a webcast on “how to weather the current climate and grow your business at the same time”. This was a marketing tool for the company sales team. The webcast was presented by Lindley Gooden and featured four Salesforce clients, all experts in their field.

Using our in-house graphics design team, etv created a virtual studio background tailor-made for our three camera green screen studio and incorporating the Salesforce branding. The concept behind the design was to create a set that could be used for multiple records across a range of Salesforce projects.

Following on from the success of the webcast we produced a series of "how to" videos and "top tips" guides for how to use the Salesforce platform. etv then filmed the same series of videos in French and German, using international talent.

In managing the post production we were required to combine live studio footage with real time web content. The final content was then delivered and encoded to the client's hosting platform.

etv has worked closely with the client to achieve the best possible results time and time again. We have produced over ten hours of content for Salesforce not only for the UK market but also for their international divisions.
