Justine is responsible for all the broadcast production services provided by the etv media group. She works with broadcasters, brands and agencies to provide them with the appropriate broadcast facilities to meet their video requirements. Her duties range from managing seven figure production budgets to handling multi camera studio shoots.

She manages two TV studios, etv’s dedicated production offices, 13 edit suites, graphics studio and post-production facilities. Having been an integral part of the etv production team for the last six years, Justine has managed a huge raft of productions spanning from Spandau Ballet’s reformation tour concert film to ITV1’s nightly quizshow.

Justine has supervised productions for all the UK’s leading broadcasters including UKTV, Turner Broadcasting, Sky, Channel 4 and ITV as well as major brands such as Thomas Cook, Chanel, Zurich Insurance and EA Games. Apart from managing various TV series, Justine has successfully launched three channels on the Sky platform, a mobile TV channel and several online video channels.

Prior to working at etv, Justine held the role of Senior Production Coordinator at RDF Media and production managed Channel 4’s ‘Room For Improvements’ and ‘Moving Day’ daytime TV series.

Justine’s other numerous credits include Channel 4’s ‘Rise’, ‘Big Brother’s Little Brother’, ‘The Ultimate Goal’ for TWI, the ‘Soap Awards’ for Cactus TV and ‘Robot Wars’.

She is also a mentor for the Women in Film and TV.
